Last year, when you bought a new Subaru during the Share the Love Event, you helped us donate almost $5 million to charity. So we're once again offering the best deal of the year* on any new Subaru, and with every new vehicle purcahsed or leased, $250 gets donated to your choice of five charities.

FAQ's

How do I select the charity I want to receive the donation?: You an choose a charity by clicking on Select Your Charity or you can call 1-800-WANT-AWD, or by filling out a mailer we will provide here are our dealership.
What if I want to split my donation (i.e. select more than one charity) or vote more than once?: Each customer who has purchased or leased a new Subaru (2009 or 2010) can either allocate the $250 donation to one charity, or split it among any number of the five charities. Only one donation (of $250) is made per vehicle sale or lease.
How long do I have to make my charity selection?: Selections will be accepted through January 31, 2010.
I bought a car, but forgot to submit my charity selections. Where does my money go?: For those who do not submit their choice by January 31, 2020, Subaru will distribute the $250 donation evenly across the five charities.
How will I know if my donation was made?: You will receive a "thank you" letter from Subaru and the five charities once we"ve processed all the submissions. If you do not submit by January 31, 2010, you will receive a letter from Subaru thanking you for your purchase and notifying you that the $250 was distributed evenly among the five charities.
By what date will Subaru make the donations to each charity? How much money is expected to be donated?: Subaru will make the contribution to each charity by March 1, 2010. Last year Subaru donated $4.7 million during the Share the Love Event. This year Subaru hopes to donate up to $5 million.
Do I get a tax credit for this donation?: Due to the nature of the agreement between Subaru and the individual charities, donations are not tax-deductible.

*Subaru will donate $250 for every new Subaru vehicle sold or leased from November 21, 2009 through January 4, 2010 to one of the participating charities designated by the purchaser up to $5,000,000. Purchasers must make their charity designations by January 31, 2010. See Subaru.com for details.
